St Martins Charity Match 2011
Thursday 11th August




54 members took part in a very competitive evening game
The grand sum of £325 was raised for the
Hereford M S Therapy Group.

in reaching the Final of the Hereford County Ladies 2 Wood Singles
and then representing the club at the National Finals in Leamington.

When the members present played the annual fixture between the Captain & The Presidents teams
which was followed by a meal and the presentation of the Club Competition Trophys

Tudor Rose Trophy Winners 2010

Congratulations to the St Martins team who won the
Tudor Rose Bowl this year when it was played on there own green
against the other City Bowling Clubs

Congratulations to the St Martins Rink
of
Jim Knowles, Doug Bott, Roy Harris, and Mike Griffiths
on reaching the
2010 County Rinks Final at Ledbury B C.
They unfortunatly finished runners up after having to play an extra end
to decide the winners.

It is with great regret that we have to announce the passing of a very respected and popular figure within the club
and the bowling world in Herefordshire and beyond
JOHN SWEETMAN
Who was Secretary of our club & also worked hard as Green Keeper
on the up keep of our old & new green
for 27 years.
